  • By post  - send it to us with a stamped addressed envelope if you want us to post it back to you.
  • By fax - to 01642 246243
  • Online - follow the link at the top of this page and complete a simple one-off registration.
  • Via a chemist - some local chemists will order prescritpions on your behalf.

Repeat prescription requests cannot be taken over the telephone.

Urgent Requests

If you have completely run out or medication or require medication urgently we ask that you do not make a doctors appointment for this. Our prescription clerk is available Monday to Friday 10:00 until 14:00 and will be able to help you. After this time any member of reception staff will help with your query.

Medication Reviews

Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip. Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.

Please allow three full working days for prescriptions to be processed and remember to take weekends and Bank Holidays into account.
