You can now register for a number of online services to make booking appointments cancelling appointments and requesting repeat medications easier.

ERD - Electronic repeat Dispensing

In some cases it may be possible for the doctor to authorise a number of prescriptions in advance, this patients that have and are on long term medications, ask at reception or when phoning if you would like to be signed up to ERD and this will be presented t a doctor.

EPS - Electronic prescription services, nominate your local pharmacy to have your prescriptions sent to, the pharmacy will then receive these digitally (some exclusions may apply) and process your medication, in some cases they may also be able to deliver this medication to you.

Online requesting - simply register on line to request your prescriptions - this will also ensure ease of prescription requesting, a request will be sent directly from the website to our prescription team, long with other options noted above requesting medication is easier than ever before.

GP online services allow you to access a range of services via your computer, mobile or tablet. Once you have signed up, you will be able to:

book or cancel appointments online
renew or order repeat prescriptions online
view parts of your GP record

You can still contact the practice by phone or in person, this is just another option, which other patients have found is more convenient and saves them time.
