We have a new process for out Fitnote appointments.  

From Monday we will have a designated Fitnote line open between 9 and 10am to triage all requests.  

Requests for all fitnotes will be triaged by the receptionist on duty and sent to the GP for triage.  All staff within the surgery have been specifically trained by our resident GP who has worked for the DWP assessment department on the requirements for Fitnotes for both DWP and Employers.  

The questions you will be asked are relevant and necessary for our staff to ensure they are providing the correct information moving forward.
