The practice manager is involved in managing all of the business aspects of the practice such as making sure that the right systems are in place to provide a high quality of patient care, human resources, finance, patient safety, premises and equipment and information technology. The practice manager supports the GPs and other medical professionals with delivering patient services and also helps to develop extended services to enhance patient care.

Reception

Lynda

Lynda is our Reception Supervisor and her role is to provide a management function to the reception department, thereby assisting with the smooth running of the practice. She leads the reception team, ensuring an efficient and professional manner is maintained. She is there to provide a focal point of communication between patients, doctors and other medical staff.

 

 


Receptionists deal with calls and making appointments, queries , test results , customer service with each and every patient. Receptionists are your first point of contact with the surgery please be polite and courteous.

The Secretary is responsible for referrals and letters to consultants, Hospitals and outside agencies. Although the secretary has various other Administration duties.
