Test Results
All results are given out after 14:00 Your call will be dealt with in the strictest confidence by the reception staff who, acting on your doctors instructions will advise you whether or not you need to make an appointment to see the doctor or have a test repeated. Pregnancy results cannot be given out over the telephone, our staff can tell you whether or not your results are back but you will be asked to come to the surgery for the results.
Please note that we do have a strict policy regarding confidentiality and data protection. In this respect we will only give out results to the person they relate to unless that person has given prior permission for their release or if they are not capable of understanding them.
If you are a Carer for someone and wish to be able to contact the surgery for their results we have a form available in reception for yourself and the patient to sign so the receptionists can give the information requested.
